Adjustable spherical nozzle has two connection modes: clip type (26988, 27988 Series) and threaded type (155 Series). The clip type nozzle is fixed on the header through a spring; Threaded nozzle adopts threaded connection. The adjustable spherical nozzle provides three types of spray modes: hollow conical, solid conical and fan-shaped. It forms multiple series by directly connecting the spherical nozzle or indirectly connecting the nozzle through the threaded ball and quick release ball, so as to meet the needs of various applications. During use, you can quickly and accurately adjust the spray direction of the nozzle to make it always in the best working state. The nozzle with adjustable spherical nozzle can be disassembled very quickly. It can be unscrewed directly by hand without any tools. Remove the spherical nozzle, threaded ball or quick release ball from the nozzle body to insert a new nozzle.

The new natural KYNAR spray nozzle provides chemical and corrosion resistance in an ultra-pure material.
The natural non-pigmented KYNAR material contains no colorants or fllings which maked it especially well sutied for integrated circuit and PCB manufacturing . These full cone /flat fan nozzles are made of natural polylinyldene fluoride (PVDF) thermoplastic.
KYNAR spray nozzles are available with pipe connection sizes of 1/8*,1/4″ and 3/8″ NPTor BSPT.
The nozzle body has standard hexagon sizes and a flange for easy installation and removal using a standard socketwrench .
