F Wind Jet Nozzle features a high impact, flat fan distribution of compressed air. It is available in durable ABS plastic or
aluminum alloy. It produces a quiet, efficient, controlled flat fan distribution of compressed air. The air stream is discharged through 16 precision orifices that ensure uniform distribution and spray pattern integrity.
Fw3 and FW4 blow-off air nozzles pretty for narrow space or required large width radiation usage.
Exposed portion size of FW3-ABS only 24mm,FW4-ABS widened version overall exposed portion size is 44mm,100mm width of air more than 2 times of ordiary version.FW4-ABS air blow-off nozzles guaranteed maximum don’t generate noise,increase the blow strength and blowing rate utilization efficiency.
It fits through 1/4 inch inlet connection with BSPT male screw thread. Two convenient mounting holes on the ABS model ensure correct positioning on the header or manifold or fixed applications, offering uniform distribution of air curtain. Plastic F Wind Jet Nozzle withstands temperatures up to 77℃ at 7 bar. While aluminum alloy F Wind Jet Nozzle withstands temperature of 250℃ and pressure about 30 bar. The nozzles are designed for cooling, drying, and blow-off applications in conveyor, clean-in-place and hand-held set-ups.
