The cone nozzle is divided into a hollow cone nozzle and a solid full cone nozzle. The nozzles can generate uniform spray at a large range of flow rate and pressure, and the droplet size is small to medium. This nozzle can produce excellent results in applications requiring good atomization of liquid at low pressure, especially in applications requiring rapid heat exchange or effective impact of empty droplets. Another important advantage of conical nozzle is its large and unobstructed smooth channel, which can reduce or eliminate blockage.
