The feature of the narrow-angle nozzle is that it can produce a solid cone spray shape, the spray area is circular, and the narrow-angle spray angle is 30°. The nozzle produces a spray with uniform distribution and coarser particles, especially for the 15° nozzle. The constant force per unit area is significantly higher than that of the wider-angle nozzle at the same flow rate. The narrow-angle nozzles all have removable caps and vanes.
1/8″-1/4″ size nozzles are made from bar stock and 1-1/4″ and larger sizes are cast. Narrow angle nozzles are manufactured with precision craftsmanship to exact specifications to guarantee their good performance. Its uniform spray distribution comes from its vane design, large flow channels, and excellent jet control characteristics.
